Notice the parking area. Residents could park and access the beach. As "landing" in Purvis "Landing" implies, residents would launch small boats.
When the Town of Evans reconfigured Purvis Landing:

| • | There was no public comment period. |
| • | The LWRP was not amended and approved by NYS |
| • | The reconfiguration of Purvis Landing was "inconsistent" with the LWRP when the changes were made. |
Purvis Landing Should be returned to its historical configuration with an emphasis on non-power water craft.
