I EDMUND GLEASON WAS INFORMED AT  A MEETING IN THE OFFICE OF SUPERVISOR CATALINO ON MONDAY (12 - 8 - 2003 ) THAT MR ALMEIDA WILL BE  OUT OF THE PROPERTY AT  7452  SOUTHWESTERN BLVD  ON ( 1 - 18 - 2004 ) AND ALL THE OUTSTANDING ZONING VIOLATIONS AGAINST ALMEIDA AND THIS PROPERTY WOULD BE VOIDED BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR.  TOWN HALL MEETING ( 12 - 17 - 2003 )

HOW NICE, FOR MR ALMEIDA WHO COMES INTO OUR TOWN AND PURCHASES  THIS PROPERTY AT PUBLIC AUCTION. THIS PROPERTY CONSISTING OF A  HORSE BARN AND ABOUT EIGHT ACRES OF MANMADE SWAMP.  THAN MR ALMEIDA PROCEEDED TO DRAIN HIS SWAMP ONTO MY PROPERTY AND THAT OF MR OHMERHODZIC. MR ALMEIDA WAS GOING TO BUILD A  TRAINING TRACK FOR HORSES, HE HAD TO DRAIN HIS SWAMP TO DO THIS, SO  HE PUT PIPES IN AND FLOODED OUR PROPERTY AND THAT OF MR OHMERHODZIC.  NOW HAVING IMPROVED HIS PROPERTY WITHOUT A SURVEY, WITHOUT PERMITS AND VIOLATING SEVERAL LAWS WHICH  NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS  WERE ISSUED TO HIM DATED JUNE 10 2003.

OUR BUILDING INSPECTOR DID NOTHING TO ENFORCE THESE VIOLATIONS NOW MR ALMEIDA WILL WALK AWAY WITH A FAT PROFIT AND LEAVE ALL THE NEIGHBORS OF THIS PROPERTY TO SUFFER THE RESULTS OF  HIS LAWLESS BEHAVIOR. THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE, THESE VIOLATIONS MUST BE ENFORCED NOW. THOSE WHO ARE TAKING OVER THIS PROPERTY WERE WITH ALMEIDA  ALL  THROUGH THESE VIOLATIONS.
